Add a page
Step 1
Locate within the Site index where the page has to be added. Rightclick and choose "Add". By not clicking "Add", but keeping the mouse cursor on it for a few seconds, a submenu will unfold. In the submenu you can choose the kind of page you want to add. In this example we add a "Standard page".
